» Scientist -F: 05 Posts
» Scientist -E: 10 Posts
» Scientist -D: 15 Posts
» Scientist -C: 15 Posts
Age Limit:
» Applicants age 55 years for the post of Scientist -F & Scientist -E
» Age for the post of Scientist -D 50 years
» Age for the post of Scientist -C 40 years as on 31-11-2017.
» Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per govt. of India rules.
Educational Qualification:
» Applicants should have PhD degree experience will be calculated from the award of the PhD degree, MD/ M.Tech/ M.E experience will be calculated from the date of the award of degree (MD/ M.Tech/ M.E) in the relevant subject.
Application Fee:
Applicants are required to pay Rs.100/- (US$25 by suitable mode of bank transfer in case of candidates applying from abroad) for general and OBC category candidates by means of Demand Draft (issued by State Bank of India only except for the candidates applying from abroad) valid for at least 3 months, drawn in favor of National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute payable at Phase1 Mohali. No fee for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates (Bank details for online transaction refer the notification).
