* Inspector: Should have 10th, 12th Graduation Pass, 03 years experience in the firld of Engineering, Diploma of Legal Metrology.Speak & Read ,Write the Bengali, Nepali languages.
* Sub Editor: Should have degree pass, 03 years experience as sub-editor or working Journalist in any Media, Mass communication, knowledge, experience and ability to manuscripts in urdu. Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication.
* Jr Programmer: BCA, B.sc in computer science, 01 year experience in computer programming.

Age limit: Candidates should age between 32 to 35 years as on 01.01.2017.
Age Relaxation:
* SC, ST: 05 years.
* OBC: 03 years.
Pay scale: Rs. 9,000/- to Rs. 40,500/- + GP Rs. 4,400/-
