Age Limit:
** All applicants age should be 18 years but not more than 40 years as on the date of application. Age relaxation is admissible as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
** Applicants should have pass in Class – VIII, must have up-to-date India Driving Licence (West Bengal), efficiency in driving cars/ light motor vehicles of different categories & having sound knowledge in Automobile mechanism.
Selection Process:
** Applicants will be selected based on Practical Test in Driving.
Examination Fee:
**Applicants should pay of Rs 200/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/ ST of West Bengal candidates only) by Indian Postal Order, which must be purchased on a date after publication of advertisement, and drawn in favour of the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta, and payable at G.P.O. at Calcutta.
How to Apply:
** All eligible candidates may submit neatly hand-written or typed applications on plain paper of A-4 size (210 x 297 mm) giving particulars as Full Name, Father’s/ Husband’s Name, Name of the post applied for, Date of Birth, Actual age on the date of application, address with Telephone No., Educational Qualifications, Experience, Up-todate Driving Licence No. with the date of issue, Whether belongs to SC/ ST/ OBC-A, OBC-B, Meritorius Sports Person, Person with Disabilities & details of depositing applications fees by giving Indian Postal Order No., Date and Amount, One self-addressed envelope of the size of 25 cm x 11 cm with postal stamp of Rs. 5/- along with attested copies of certificate and testimonials etc. to the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta – 700001 within 04:45 PM on 02-08-2017.
