TSPSC Recruitment 2016 – 477 Excise Constable & Transport Constable: Telangana State Public Commission Hyderabad has introduced notification for the post of Transport Constable in Transport Subordinate service in the State of Telangana. The Submission of On Line application from Dt. 04/05/2016. Last date for submission of ONLINE application Dt. 30/05/2016. Before applying for the post, candidates shall register themselves as per the One Time registration (OTR) through the Official website for TSPSC. Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 477 ( For Hundred and seventy Seven Only)
Name of the Post: Transport Constable in Transport Department.
Age Limit: Applicant should be between 21 years to 34 years of age.
Educational Qualification:
i) Must have passed intermediate examination or any other examination recognized as its equivalent by the Board of Intermediate Education.
ii) Must process a Motor Driving License to drive light motor vehicle as on the date of notification.
Post-wise Salary Scale :
(a) Prohibition & Excise Constable – Selected candidates will be placed in regular Pay Scale of Rs. 15,460 – 47,330/- besides all allowances applicable as per Government rules.
(b) Transport Constable – Selected Candidates will be placed in regular Pay Scale of Rs. 16,400 – 49,870/- besides all other Allowances applicable as per Government rules.
Selection Process : Selection will be based on Common Written Examination followed by Personal Interview.
Application Fees : Candidates have to pay non-refundable Application Processing Fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) towards Online Application Processing Fee. This apart, the applicants have to pay Rs. 80/- (Rupees Eighty Only) towards Examination Fee. However, the Reserved category of candidates belonging to Telangana State only are exempted from payment of Examination fee.
